  • Excluded from averages: indicators with Data Status Not Found or Not Applicable. Coverage % is always shown.
  • Included: Verified, Partially Verified, and Synthetic Estimate values when a numeric/yes-no score can be derived.
  • Percentages: clamped 0–100; inverted for dropout, vacancy, chronic absenteeism and similar "lower is better" metrics.
  • Yes/No: Yes/Available ≈ 100, Partial ≈ 50, No ≈ 0.
  • Pillar score: mean of scored indicators in the pillar.
  • Overall SRS: weight-normalized mean of available pillar scores.
  • Grades: A ≥ 80, B ≥ 65, C ≥ 50, D ≥ 35, E < 35.
